The Orange County Drug Task Force and the Town of Wallkill Police Department Charge Five Women With Practicing Massage Without a License
Three of those Women Charged with Prostitution.
Town of Wallkill, NY – On February 2, 2017, the Orange County Drug Task Force and the Town of Wallkill Police Department conducted a joint “Unlicensed Massage /Prostitution Sting”, in the Town of Wallkill, N.Y. Five (5) women were arrested and charged with Practicing Massage Without a License, a Class E Felony. Three (3) of those arrested were additionally charged with Prostitution, a Class “B” Misdemeanor.

Hong Li, Female, 54, of Flushing, NY, Charges – “Practicing Without a License”. Bail $2500/$5000
​211 Spa- 731 Route 211 East
Chunzi Cui, Female, 52 of Middletown, NY, Charges – “Practicing Without a License and Prostitution”. Bail $2500/$5000
King Relaxation- 349 Route 211 East
Oh Mihwa Milczanowski, Female, 41, of Ulster Park, NY, Charges – “Practicing Without a License and Prostitution”. Bail $2500/$5000
The Warm Spa- 253 Tower Drive
Yeonhwa Ma, Female, 46, of Flushing, NY, Charges – “Practicing Without a License”. Bail $1500/$3000
The Warm Spa- 253 Tower Drive
Heo Seonock, Female, 48, of Galloway, NJ, Charges – “Practicing Without a License”. Bail $1500/$3000
Additionally, The Warm Spa and King Relaxation were cited by the Town of Wallkill Building Department for infractions of the Building Code.
All Defendants were arraigned and transported to the Orange County Jail pending further court appearance in Wallkill Town Court.
A criminal charge is merely an allegation by the police that a defendant has committed a violation of the criminal law, and it is not evidence of guilt. All defendants are presumed innocent and entitled to a fair trial, during which it will be the State of New York’s burden to prove guilt beyond a reasonable doubt.
